I have 30+ years in
various industries, including computers,
software, automation, elevators, HVAC,
engineering design services, electrical
and mechanical engineering, sales and
recruiting. My areas of focus include
general management/personnel development,
sales, engineering, project management,
manufacturing, distribution and quality
control. I have deliberately developed a
diverse background for better overall
understanding of business. Success has
been achieved in each position. Major
accomplishments include moving from
design engineer to Vice President of
Engineering and Project Management and
successful sales careers. High energy
team leader focused on company bottom
line and timely completion of projects.
Excellent communication skills at every
level of the organization. Extensive
international experience, including but
not limited to Germany, Japan, Mexico and
Canada.
I strive to recruit only the best in

prescreening candidates thoroughly in
order to save time and money for my
clients. Due to my background I am able
to see the big picture and
