Executive Bio
I have 30+ years in various industries, including computers, software, automation, elevators, HVAC, engineering design services, electrical and mechanical engineering, sales and recruiting. My areas of focus include general management/personnel development, sales, engineering, project management, manufacturing, distribution and quality control. I have deliberately developed a diverse background for better overall understanding of business. Success has been achieved in each position. Major accomplishments include moving from design engineer to Vice President of Engineering and Project Management and successful sales careers. High energy team leader focused on company bottom line and timely completion of projects. Excellent communication skills at every level of the organization. Extensive international experience, including but not limited to Germany, Japan, Mexico and Canada.

Due to my background I am able to see the “big picture” and determine if a candidate is a good fit for a position and career. I don’t float resumes, my prospects must approve any company I send them to prior to the company knowing of them. I operate with strict confidentiality until an excellent fit is found and both client and prospect have mutually agreed to meet. This is done in order to protect both parties.
