Chris Jackson

Vice President

I started out as a mechanic working in my Dad's auto repair business prior to attending the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York. Following obtaining an engineering bachelors degree at the Academy and military service, I gained manufacturing experience in the glass industry as a process engineer, production manager and department head in a Fortune 500 company who developed the first viable precision flat glass sheet used in the production of Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs). I was awarded an Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship for efforts in developing operational reliability.

Following graduation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management with a master's of science in finance and operations, I led numerous manufacturing turnarounds in various specialty materials and consumer product industries, to include Glass and Metal containers, industrial precision Heat Transfer systems, beverage production, furniture manufacturing and distribution.

With over 30 years as an operations and manufacturing leader, my passion resides in creating environments that epitomize Safety, Quality and Reliability. These 3 characteristics are important to organizations and demonstrate commitment to People, Process, Product, Profitability and Sustainability. My desire is to present the best talent that fit an organization's needs and exemplifies those commitments.
